  • Pre-pack items not required for marketing process - for removalists and/or storage.

  • Obtain valuations for furniture and artwork to be sold.

  • Arrange dispersal and transport of excess items to family, friends, charity or sale.

  • General declutter in preparation for marketing process.

  • Recycling of items where possible to avoid unnecessary waste.

 

On the Market

 

  • Don’t have time in the morning to prepare your home for inspection? We’ll do that.

  • Simply leave the house as is the morning of your Open Home and let us ensure it is looking beautiful for your soon-to-be buyer!

  • We can organise weekly gardeners, flowers and touch ups, making of beds and resetting of styling.

  • Available weekly or bi-weekly.

 

Sold to Settlement

 

  • Organisation of removal services.

  • Decluttering and sorting of household inventory.

  • Sale and dispersal of furniture and items not coming to your next home.

  • Loads to charity and auction houses.

  • Packing of your home - we can offer advice or take care of the whole process.

  • Source and organise any trades required at your current home or new home.

  • Organise rubbish removal if required.

  • Complete Moving Day management including liaising with movers, furniture placement, unpacking, making beds, and the final touches.

 

Settlement to Settled in

 

  • Unpacking assistance or we can look after the whole process.

  • Organisational Systems installed upon unpacking.

  • Organise any trades required for your new home.

  • Assistance with sourcing new furniture or pieces to suit your new home.

  • Anything you need to help feel at home, we can assist.

 

Deceased Estates

 

  • We find that sometimes families begin the overwhelming process of sorting through the estate of a loved one and find that is it just too much. You may not know where to start, you may not have the time or you may not know where to take everything. We do.

  • We believe in the future of our planet, so we sort our homes rather than clear them out. This means being diligent in our sorting process, keeping as much waste out of landfill by taking everything possible to be recycled or reused.

  • We can sell items, donate pieces and organise waste appropriately. We will take care of all recyclables, e-waste and dispose of all items thoughtfully.
